If you create an account, our system will save your information, making it quicker and simpler for you to place orders in the future. We won't save any of your credit and debit card information for your security. In order to be the first to learn about awesome new products and offers on the website, you also have the opportunity to sign up for emails and text messages.

You do not need to create an account to shop with us. When you get to the checkout, select the guest checkout option.

We are unable to apply a discount code to an order once it has been placed with us. Please contact our customer service team if you have any issues placing an order.

We understand! We all love a good deal, but you can only apply one discount code to one order at a time.

We'll gladly send you the correct size and exchange it! Otherwise, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at [email protected] before sending your item to:JWELLIX.PK

Unfortunately, no items purchased during a sale or at a reduced price can be exchanged or refunded. We will not be able to process a refund if you send them back to us. Please contact our customer service before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing or color.

Within 60 days of delivery, any new product can be returned for a full refund. We provide free and simple returns for all orders placed on Jwellix.pk. Shipping charges for expedited delivery are non-refundable. Please contact us at [email protected] for claims.

"If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it is likely that our fraud filter flagged it as fraudulent. If you are certain that this is not the case, please place another order or contact us"

"Processing" simply means that we received your order and processed it! When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status of your order will change to "Dispatched."

Please contact us right away if you need to change or cancel your order. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.

It can take up to 24 hours after your payment is verified to process and ship your order. Weekends and holidays are not included. Purchases made after 11 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day. If you order after 11 a.m. PST on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped the following Monday.
