We are unable to apply a discount code to an order once it has been placed with us. Please contact our customer service team if you have any issues placing an order.

Unfortunately, no items purchased during a sale or at a reduced price can be exchanged or refunded. We will not be able to process a refund if you send them back to us. Please contact our customer service before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing or color.

Within 60 days of delivery, any new product can be returned for a full refund. We provide free and simple returns for all orders placed on Jwellix.pk. Shipping charges for expedited delivery are non-refundable. Please contact us at [email protected] for claims.

"Processing" simply means that we received your order and processed it! When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status of your order will change to "Dispatched."

Please contact us right away if you need to change or cancel your order. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.

It can take up to 24 hours after your payment is verified to process and ship your order. Weekends and holidays are not included. Purchases made after 11 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day. If you order after 11 a.m. PST on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped the following Monday.
