All orders from our Pakistani online jewellery shop are dispatched from by M&P.
For orders of Rs. 2000 or more, shipping is free in Pakistan.

Below is all you need to know about shipping for Eid. As always we recommend you shop as early as you can to ensure the items you want are in stock and that your delivery arrives in plenty of time for the big day.
Turnaround time:
We ship orders as quickly as we can: generally within 1-2 business days and same day if we can. Allow extra time if your item is made to order, as outlined on the product page (primarily rings). We'll let you know ASAP if there are any unexpected delays.
This turnaround time is in addition to delivery time (see below), so you should factor it in when estimating how long it will take for your order to arrive.
However, if delivery is to a metro area it's more likely to arrive earlier in the timeframe and if it's to a regional area it's more likely to be later.

During checkout you'll be given the total cost of your order, including shipping costs, after you enter your address and before payment.
Important: We don't offer shipping outside the Pakistan, although we do to most major destinations. Contact us if you have any questions.
All of our orders ship via M&P. We find M&P to be generally very reliable and safe for shipping online orders.
Your shipping address:
We strongly recommend you choose a secure location to have valuable parcels delivered: either an always attended address, a post office box or similar. See the 'late or missing orders' section below for further details.
Shipping is generally reliable, and missing orders are extremely rare, but here are the steps to take if you are concerned about your delivery:
If anything doesn't appear right or delivery is taking longer than expected (particularly if there haven't been any scanning events in several working days), please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.
In order to investigate, we will submit a business level support request to M&P Although this will be faster than a personal request, it may still take several days or more. We will collaborate with you and M&P to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Deliveries to unattended addresses:
If you want to have your purchase delivered to an unattended address, the delivery agent in your region will determine if there is a safe place to leave your order. If not, they will arrange for you to pick it up at a nearby M&P office.
If your item was left at an unattended delivery address, we are not liable if M&P certifies that the parcel was delivered to the right location but has now gone missing.
However, if this occurs, we may contact M&P for further information, so please notify us and we will do our best to assist you. If your parcel looks to have been taken after delivery, you should file a police complaint.
To be safe, we strongly advise choosing an attended business address.
Orders delayed in transit:
We normally cannot issue refunds for purchases that are in transit but are taking longer than expected to arrive. However, if you're worried, please contact us so that we may file a support request with M&P to explore what's going on.
We can issue a refund (or re-send your purchase) if it is ruled lost by an M&P, which may take some time to complete, particularly for rural area orders. As previously stated, products lost in the mail are extremely unusual.
If your product is delivered late, you may return it to us for a refund within the date specified on our returns page.
Delayed reporting:
If you report a missing order to us after a long period of time (3+ weeks after estimated delivery), we may be unable to assist you since it may be too late to examine what occurred.
Keep in mind that M&P does not usually keep information available for tracking numbers that were scanned more than two months ago, but they may still be able to dig up details in their systems.
We try our best to prevent these issues (which are extremely unusual), but if you think the things you purchased were damaged during delivery, defective, or we made an error, please see the returns and exchanges page for more information. We'll work with you to resolve any concerns with your order because we genuinely want you to be satisfied.
You can have your order shipped straight to a gift recipient; we do this a lot for our clients. When you checkout, you may give a different delivery name and address to your billing data, as well as specify that this is a gift being sent straight to the recipient, which helps us process the transaction.
Each item of jewellery comes in its own eco-friendly cushioned gift box. Each gift package also includes care instructions. We never issue invoices or receipts with any orders, so your gift recipient will never see the receipt.
Gift wrapping:
In our jewellery store, we provide gift wrapping. To add gift wrapping, simply tick the box on the checkout page when you continue your transaction. Although all of our jewellery arrives in gift boxes, present wrapping adds a personal touch.
Gift wrapping is paid on a per-item basis. It is not included in minor accessories like polishing cloths or chain extenders. You can pick between ordinary and Eid wrapping.
Your products will be wrapped in gorgeous locally printed gift paper and fastened with glittering gold cord and placed in one of our gift boxes.
